From the President - A Month to Show We Care


Wow, here we are already starting February and my next opportunity to invite you to join us in answering "Why Service Ideas."

In a month that celebrates relationships, we join in (but not just for a month) – wanting to show you how much we care about serving you.

It starts with a real, live person answering your call, followed by knowledgeable, empowered personnel able to assist you in any way. Should we need to find a solution or gather more information, we’ll call you back the same day. All purchase orders are entered in 24 hours, 95% of orders shipped within 2 working days and we strive to resolve any returns within a week of receipt back to us. Why? We want to make your experience personal.

But personal is not enough — we also want it to be easy! Our standard policies — no small order charges, flexible freight, sampling, available parts, returns without restock, unwritten warranties — are customer service oriented.  It is our belief that a mutually rewarding relationship leads to a longer, more successful relationship.
