Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 4 large flour, wheat or spinach tortillas

Directions

  1. In a medium glass bowl, whip cream cheese and feta cheese with a mixer until smooth.
  2. Fold in dried cranberries and green onion.
  3. Spread mixture evenly among tortillas.
  4. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for at least one hour, no longer than 24 hours.
  5. Cut into 1 inch thick slices.
  6. Arrange on your Magisso® Large Serving Plate.

Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can of drained chickpeas
  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • 2 (heaping) tablespoons of tahini paste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped roasted garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice from 1/2 of a lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, red pepper, tahini, and garlic until smooth.
  2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend until creamy or until desired consistency.
  3. Spoon hummus into your Magisso® Serving Cup and garnish with diced roasted red pepper, olive oil and whole chickpeas.
  4. Serve with pita chips and your favorite vegetables.

Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 block of your favorite parmesan cheese
  • Bread and butter pickles
  • Toothpicks

Directions

  1. Cube the parmesan into bitesize pieces (about 3/4 inch cubes).
  2. Cut the bread and butter pickles into quarters.
  3. Assemble the parmesan cubes and pickles together on a toothpick.
  4. Arrange on your Magisso® Small Serving Plate.
